Put pen to the paper
It all begins with a scribble. Maybe you want to visually show the passion you have for your business. Maybe you are already established and would like to dabble in using video and animation to get through to your customers. Whatever it is, good design can help tell your story.
Some businesses start with just a name. This was the case with the example brief ‘Thinking egg Studios’. The brief was given to me by a fellow crafter, who approached me, wanting to formally visualise their idea. Of course I said yes.
For me, the process usually begins with a chat to the prospective client, a sketch book, some colours and couple of fonts.
Once approved, this idea was then developed further. Playing around with colour, font and placement to see which works best.
Then voila! A ‘cracking’ logo.
